mostly, we have never done what we wanted as our wants have not been appreciated in our families and childhood
getting into the zone of discomfort helps you to get out of the comfort zone which wasn´t comfortable for us at all
it was uncomfortable for us to even relax, that´s crazy
ask yourself, if you´re engaging in thoughts, behavior, etc . that are not even yours but that bring suffering to you
I had to let go of everything to save my life and my sons saw me ‚dying‘ when doctors had no clue to what´s next, it was horrible
Take barriers down and set up your own sacred space and healthy boundaries
Find ease and stop doing what sucks
Stop doing compromising stuff and self-sabotage
Let in delightful surprises and adventure to enhance your life
empathic people easily take on opinions from others and pretzel themselves to fit in
her wealthy life method consists of 4 steps:
step 1: wake up to what is not working and walk away from it
step 2: go for what you want, this is your life, you don´t need anybody's permission
step 3: stop doing what sucks
step 4: create healthy boundaries
Then bring your own wisdom to the world so that you create your own wealth with it
