  • discover who you are and the best version of yourself and enrich yourself first
  • find the ignition for your life and follow your intuition
  • make courageous decisions for yourself
  • give to yourself what you want from others, so you´re not needy
  • learn to be in alignment of the energy ‘time’ and discover what´s sucking up your time but don´t fight against time
  • become aware and present and listen
  • reconnect to your body
  • open your heart and express your vulnerability and true self without judgment
  • put time for yourself in your calendar
  • take time to relax, my dog Joli is my best teacher for stretching and relaxation
  • come from a place of overflow and happiness rather than from a place of emptiness and bitterness
  • do not spend time on things you do not like, that is lifetime that is lost
  • everything is energy
  • pay attention to yourself and your energy level and create a structure for your life honoring your circle of energy
  • honor the low energy circles and do not try to push through
  • you do not need to do it all on your own, delegate and outsource
  • asking for help is a sign of strength
  • practise self-care and let it become part of who you are, make it a habit
  • learn how to be happy without being perfect
  • change what does not serve you no longer, do not fear the unknown
  • find out what you are capable of, do not keep your gifts hidden
  • we are built to overcome challenges, the growth and development is outside your comfort zone
  • if you are not changing something and keep going on the same old story every day something life-threatening is likely to occur anyway to kick your butt and out of your ‘comfort zone’
  • better call it familiarity zone, everything is predictable and known
  • honor the wake up calls (symptoms) and change things before they need to grow into severe diseases such as cancer


  • you can liberate yourself from a hectic, unfulfilling life by creating and then deepening quality connections with your body, your True Self and others in your life and with Spirit. 
  • there is always benefit of working with someone who can see beyond what we can see, we went through all that and just realized our common mentor Marci Shimoff
  • watch out for a mentor who has gone through similar challenges
  • if you get diagnosed with the c-word, call it cancer, somebody who has faced all the struggles that come along with it can feel and understand much better what you´re going through (e.g. facing cancer myself 4 times and not only surviving but being healed from it I know exactly what you´re going through and how to skip fear around it)
  • everything involves community
